Bachelor Degree / Master Degree with Moallim-e-Urdu degree from Aligarh Muslim University, completed before 11 August 1997 OR
Candidates with 10+2 Intermediate and at least 50% Marks along with 4 Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) passed or appearing in final year are also eligible.
