The MTET Paper I Result 2026 has been released for candidates who appeared for the examination for teaching Classes I to V. The result PDF contains the relevant candidate and examination details along with the qualifying status. According to the released result information, 21,999 candidates appeared for Paper I, out of which 18,546 candidates qualified. The overall pass percentage for Paper I stood at 84.30%. This is a considerable increase compared with the previous year’s pass percentage. In 2025, the Paper I pass percentage was 63.15%, which increased to 84.30% in MTET 2026.

The MTET Paper II Result 2026 is available for candidates who took the test for teaching Classes VI to VIII. A total of 21,884 candidates appeared for Paper II, while 18,672 candidates qualified. The pass percentage for Paper II was recorded at 85.32%. This year, the percentage also improved from 64.43% in 2025 to 85.32% making it the highest performance since 2019.
